Community Service 2010
Time-Schedule: Community Service 2010: Pharmacists
The National Department is contacting current Interns to verify their address for the posting of their application forms for Community Service in 2009.
Only 40 post available per Province in the 9 Provinces and 20 in South African Medical Services and 20 in Correctional Services.

OBJECTIVES
 
  • To keep pharmacists up to date on new developments within the profession.
  • To guide pharmacists responsibly within legislation and to respond professionally to their peers.
  • To provide a forum for pharmacists to network within their profession and socially.
  • To offer pharmacists benefits due to their professional status.
  • To provide medium where pharmacists can apply for jobs and advertise new posts.
  • To provide an opportunity for pharmacists to comment on day-to-day happenings in their scope of practice as well as any other pharmacy related gripe, concern or compliments.
  • Guide Community Service Pharmacists and Interns through their year of service.
